Sharon didn't take the traditional route to entrepreneurship. Born in Paris, raised in Montreal, and shaped by four countries across her twenties, with roots in New York and Paris, she spent her early career studying communications, marketing, and fashion at institutions Parsons School of Design. What started in 2016 as a lifestyle blog, born from her international travels and an obsession with creative storytelling, evolved into something much bigger. By 2020, in the middle of a pandemic and while finishing her master's, she launched BMG.  

Six years later, Sharon leads a team of six, has collaborated with over 90 clients worldwide, and has grown the agency into a strong mid-six-figure business nominated as one of PR Net's Top 100 Marketing Agencies in North America in both 2025 and 2026. And she's doing all of it her way: no MBA, no investor deck, no corporate playbook. Just instinct, strategy, and a relentless belief in the power of great storytelling.
